Transient Transendence

A collection of work exploring the connection between the instantaneous and the infinite. Humans have a limited existence and yet can imagine eternity and experience — in many forms, a sense of transcendence. Most often, our experience of these moments are simply that, moments — a sunset, a piece of music, a dance. Time and the limitations of the corporal are suspended. These encounters may offer stronger proof of the Divine than any scientific evidence.
