The Electrical Life of Louis Wain

This is not a film about electricity or even cats. Maybe it is about the transcendence of love and art over sanity. Accompanied by over saturated colors and deft story telling, Benedict Cumberbatch plays Wain sympathetically as a man buffeted by life and his own personal choices, bent, sometimes bowed catastrophically, but never broken.
